Talent Africa's assessment practice is based on the premise that assessment techniques assist the client to make better decisions regarding their human capital and maximise the benefit to the business. We assess individuals, teams and organisations.

Board Recruitment

Talent Africa specialises in assisting the Chairperson to identify suitable executives and extend an invitation to the successful executive to join the Board. The first step is to understand the exact requirements for the ideal candidate with specific reference to the expertise this person must bring to the Board. We then build a target list for the Board’s Selection Committee to consider. Talent Africa ensures that where there is conflict of interest with possible candidates, it is clearly indicated to the Board’s Selection Committee. The process going forward is then customised to our client’s specific requirements.

Executive Search & Specialised Skills Recruitment

As the competition for competent people in the workplace becomes more intense, we provide a superior service to our clients to assemble the right combination of talent. We do this by applying sophisticated research methodologies to identify potential candidates that we believe meet our client's unique specifications.

A long-list of suitable candidates is presented to the client in order to select a short-list to be interviewed. The next step is to facilitate the client and candidate interview process. This enables the client to select their preferred candidate.

After successful placement, regular follow-ups are conducted with clients and candidates to cement our long-term involvement with both parties.
